Stretch forming provides better shape control, structural integrity and surface quality than other types of metal forming. LMI has the proper equipment and expertise to stretch large sheets of metal and form thousands of complex parts, from clips and brackets to fuselage skins and leading edges. Depending on the application, we apply a variety of techniques such as hot forming, cold forming and hydro-forming.
