LMI delivers a broad range of sheet-metal fabrication capabilities, ranging from a single-piece component to complex, multiple-quantity orders. Our capabilities include everything from tooling to engineering. We bend, stretch, draw and stamp a myriad of materials such as aluminum alloys, stainless steel, titanium, hastelloy and other metals.

To fabricate sheet-metal components, our fabrication specialists use the water jet, break press, hot forming, cold forming and hydro-forming. Unlike most suppliers, we have the in-house machinery to stretch large pieces of aluminum up to 40 feet long. This allows us to make large fuselage skins. We also have the capabilities to form movable leading edges.
